MAKE MORE TIME FOR ALLAH, YOUR FAMILY AND YOURSELF

 WITHOUT GIVING UP your CAREER

How would it feel to (finally) grow closer to your Deen regularly and save time every day to spend on yourself… guilt-free?

The flexibility to follow your career in life without losing connection to Allah (S.W.T) periodically. The direction and confidence to achieve your goals and dreams. And true success as a Muslim- in this Dunya and Akhirah.

FINALLY, A COMPLETE SYSTEM THAT includes:

ISLAM
The step-by-step formula that takes you from being lazy and overwhelmed to getting things done in a day, ABOVE and BEYOND your expectations.
ISLAM
Plus the tested time management systems that will save you AT LEAST 2 hours per day to do whatever you want.
ISLAM
And the surefire methods to make a new productive habit or break any deep-rooted addictive habit that’s in the way of your productivity.

A comprehensive course that gives results:

Even if… you don’t have time.

Even if… you have time but are too lazy and demotivated to do anything.

Even if… you’re overwhelmed with no idea where to start.

And of course… if you want to grow closer to Allah S.W.T by dedicating an hour or two- or even more time consistently to your Ibadah and Islamic learning.

Tell me if this sounds familiar… you’ve been waking up late every morning, looking at the alarm clock, horrified that you missed Fajr, grumpily getting out of bed carrying a dreadful feeling of guilt in the pit of your stomach, gulping down a cup of coffee, skipping breakfast and rushing out the door? Not just a few times. Every day. Every year.

Then you come back home from work, tired, drained and not really in the mood of doing anything. You know you “should” read Quran for some time but you say to yourself “I’ll get up in just a few minutes”.

Finally you manage to get up, still feeling lazy, look at the time and cry out loud as you realize that you wasted 2 hours watching videos and missed Maghreb prayer.

You go to bed stressed, feeling spiritually disconnected to Allah (S.W.T), knowing that the whole day was a complete waste as it didn’t go according to your plan.

Frustrated with yourself you decide, “That’s it. I’m going to fix my daily routine from tomorrow”.

That tomorrow never comes. If it does, it goes away after a few days or at the most- after a few weeks.

You are still where you are.

Stuck.

More demotivated than ever before.

What if your life could be different?

I want you to take a moment and imagine…

Imagine a Monday morning. You wake up 30 mins before your alarm rings, feeling well-rested. You get out of bed, turn off the alarm with a smile, make wudoo to pray Tahajjud and make some dua before the Fajr Adhaan.

The house is quiet, everyone’s asleep.

You plan out your day while sipping on detox water. You know you’ll be able to complete the most important tasks of the day even if some unexpected guests show up at your house later that evening.

Then you get up and pray Fajr. You take your time to read Quran, lost deep in contemplation.

You make yourself a healthy fulfilling smoothie and listen to your favorite podcasts while drinking it.

Rejuvenated and feeling energetic, you start working on the first task on your planner. You are so deep in it, you lose track of all time. Hearing others wake up, you look up at the clock and smile- it’s still 6:00am and you’re done with the first major task of the day.

You decide to take an hour-long nap before going to work.

You wake up at 7:00am, shower and make yourself a grand healthy breakfast before going to work.

After you get home, you settle on your sofa and scroll through your phone. You check your email. You read your favorite blogs, while sipping on green tea. A few Islamic reminder shares, a few Pinterest saves.

Before having dinner with them, you sit down and give undivided attention to your family.

After dinner it’s your time. Again.

You work on a Dawah project for the Muslim Ummah for an hour before calling it a day.

Looking back on your day, you feel a strange sense of peace. Maybe self-satisfaction? You know you are closer to Allah. You know you’re closer to your purpose.

THIS ISN’T JUST A DREAM YOU CAN SAVE FOR “JANNAH”.   THIS ISN’T SOMETHING ONLY OTHER SUCCESSFUL SUPER-PIOUS MUSLIMS CAN DO.

YOU, too, CAN WORK AND GROW CLOSER TO ALLAH, EVEN IF YOU ARE REALLY BUSY WITH NO IDEA WHERE TO START.

How depressing to have to “leave your career” to become a better Muslim.

I never wanted to give up on my goals and dreams and live like a monk in a faraway forest. I wanted to build a life that allows me to work on my goals and have a deep spiritual relationship with Allah (S.W.T) consistently. Following the footsteps of our beloved Prophet (S.A.W).

Being caught up in the rat race of career, many times… I just felt lost. At the lowest point of my life, I even considered giving up my field- Medicine to “make more time for my Deen”.

But with time, I realized that this couldn’t be the only way. There just had to be another way. I didn’t know what it was. All I knew was that I wanted to figure it out- one way or another.

After a lot of heartfelt Duas and persistent effort, I saw my life change in ways I didn’t think were possible. Back then, I was an overwhelmed Medical college student, frustrated with my life and deeply depressed. Now, I run a successful blog that helps thousands of young Muslims grow closer to Allah (S.W.T) and improve themselves, as well as work on my Medical career. Alhamdulillah.

AND AFTER YEARS OF  WORK, I’M READY TO TEACH YOU HOW TO CREATE TIME IN YOUR LIFE FOR THE THINGS THAT MATTER MOST. INCLUDING BUILDING ROUTINES, HABITS, SELF-DISCIPLINE SYSTEMS- EVERYTHING.

But not by overwhelming you with “here’s the information- go figure”. Or by deceiving you with click-bait content like “be a 100X more productive overnight”. Instead, by giving you a thorough system that skillfully takes you from start to finish and helps you transform your daily life and your relationship with Deen.

SALAM! I’M AIMEN.

I’m a Medical Doctor. You might know me as the Founder of Muslim Youth Programme.

Truth is- 7 years ago, I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life as a Muslim. I was already racing on the path of my career and getting ahead in this Dunya, but deep down I was never really satisfied with myself as a Muslim.

A constant war waged inside me between the part of my Nafs that wanted to “give up the Medical career” to become a “better Muslim” and the part of my Nafs that wanted to just ignore the “bad Muslim” label that my conscience gave me and run even faster in the rat race of my career.

That’s because I didn’t internally believe (like so many other working Muslims I knew) that I could grow closer to my Deen with my career.

I was struggling to accept my career choice all the way until final year. Because the study of Medicine took up so much of my time and energy – No matter how many times I tried to convince myself that it was actually a means of growing closer to Allah S.W.T, at the end of the day the uncomfortable feeling of guilt would still haunt me.

And I’d still think that I was a horrible Muslim who was spending so much of her time running after her goals in this Dunya.

I wasn’t able to pray on time or read Quran consistently and felt quite estranged from Islam.

Stricken with guilt, I would go “all-in” and wake up even for Tahajjud, spend hours reading Tafseer of Quran, listen to audio lectures of Daees on the way to college… Never taking a break from learning or spending a moment to do what I enjoyed doing- which was at the moment to watch funny videos. (Hey, I like a good laugh!)

Yes, in those golden phases, I WOULD feel spiritually much closer to Allah. But not for long.

Unable to pull it off for longer than a few weeks due to the tough nature of Medical studies, I would leave everything and just resort to praying the 5 prayers with much difficulty.

But all those years, I never gave up looking for real substantial answers to my problems. In Quran. In History. Online. I was desperate.

I read books, articles, research papers on time-management & productivity.

Downloaded all kinds of productivity apps and planners. Binge watched videos of productivity gurus to bring some sort of peace to my dissatisfied self.

I would plan and plan, break and make my routines. Over and over again.

Emotionally exhausted, in tears, I would convince myself that at least I was “trying”.

At least Allah S.W.T would be happy with my efforts. It was undoubtedly a crippling time for me.

Just look! You can feel overwhelm tearing through my plans >>

One of my many overwhelming plans that makes me cringe (God, this is uncomfortable for me to share). This page is from a diary from 6 years ago. Notice how I stopped following the plan “altogether” after some time. After all, can you blame me? 😀

If somebody said to me back then that I’d find a way to stay spiritual, work as a Doctor, and even build a platform that would help thousands of Muslims better themselves, I would have laughed, shaking my head in utter disbelief. 😀

But I did. I built an online platform for Muslim youth from scratch with no experience at all without giving up on being a doctor.

I LEARNED THAT WE DIDN’T NEED TO GIVE UP OUR DREAM CAREER TO LEAVE A LEGACY AS A MUSLIM.

My self was starting to feel peace.

But by now I had TWO careers and many responsibilities as a Muslim. It would be an outright lie if I said I wasn’t overwhelmed!

Although I felt closer to Allah (S.W.T) and my purpose, I found it more difficult than ever to carry my work forward, give time to Muslim Youth Programme and family… oh and also- STAY SANE in the process!

My daily planner targets “before” Muslim Youth Programme
After I launched Muslim Youth Programme, my daily workload doubled! Now, on top of my day job, and post-grad exams, I had an organization to run as well!

So I knew that I had to learn how to manage my time if I wanted to be a successful Muslim. I just had to.

Many of my hair turned grey (umm… literally) as I looked for “productivity tips” and “Time management in Islam” solutions all over the Internet. I went through a multitude of courses and books.

What’s ironic is that instead of learning “how to save more time”, I ended up “wasting a TON of time” running after typical time management tactics like “work-life” balance and glamorous tools such as “productivity apps”.

But if there’s one thing that came out of my endless “googling” hours- it was a deep understanding of my underlying problems.

That wasn’t enough though.

I needed to bring what I had learned into real-life practice.

So I started experimenting with new time-saving techniques. I started noticing what I was doing right, what was working and what wasn’t.

And so I began assembling parts of a system. I would stay up late at night to do my research. Then I’d dedicate days to understanding and testing the deep psychology behind our inability to balance our time as Muslims.

And FINALLY- I learned how to cut overwhelm out of my life and get more things done in a day than I previously would in 3 days.

I learned, through repeated trial and error, exactly how to put an end to habits that were killing my time.

I used those methods and finally got rid of the habits that were destroying my productivity- procrastination, daydreaming, and laziness- once and for all.

And over time, I even started to save hours from a day to have “ME-time”.

That’s when I started getting asked this question a lot “How do you do it? How do you manage to do all these things in a day?” It made me realize that I was managing my time better than most Muslims who weren’t even working.

(Me with my sisters ;))

Now, after almost 1.5 years of vigorously testing the strategies in this system and 7 years of relentless learning…

I’ve built the productivity systems to help Muslims become more successful by mastering their time, excelling in their work, getting rid of addictive habits, making new Sunnah habits and following consistent routines.

And it’s time for me to show you how.

But let me ask you something first…

DESPITE ALL THE FREE INFORMATION OUT THERE… WHY AREN’T YOU MAKING MORE TIME FOR YOUR DEEN CONSISTENTLY?

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??

Are you waiting for that ONE piece of info that will change your life forever?

Or the perfect opportunity “when” you’ll have free time?

Some time ago, I sent a survey out to almost 2000 Muslims asking them whether they wanted to manage their time better.

You know what the crazy response was?

A resounding YES!

We want to become better, productive and successful Muslims!

We want the peace at heart, a deep meaningful relationship with Allah (S.W.T) and the flexibility to achieve our goals in this Dunya. We want to know that if we put the work in, we can get better control of our time.

So why the unbridgeable disparity?

We all say we want to manage our time better and create a balanced Muslim lifestyle- we even listen to people like Nouman Ali Khan, Mufti Menk and read other motivational blogs– and yet, we still haven’t done so… why?

The biggest problem is that my actions don’t match my words…I say I need to do this and that…but I’m not able to do whatever I say…” – N.F

What’s intriguing is that we WANT to change our behavior- for realWe just can’t put the finger on how.

“I don’t [complete] the task which I start especially reading the Quran. I am an Alimaat student and that an online one so I don’t get time to attend my classes.” –A.A

We say the most self-destructive things to justify our lack of action and laziness:

E
“I am busier than most Muslims and I don’t have the luxury of time to learn…”
E
“I know what I have to do. But I just need some willpower and motivation to get started”. (Motivation is NOT the answer. If you think it is, you’re being delusional).
E
“I should first figure out the “science” behind procrastination. Let me do a little more “googling”…”

We have become bystanders, reading articles upon articles, watching video after video saying, “Yeah, I really want to start giving more time to Deen one day…”

It’s like we are spectators in our own lives, watching our goals from the sidelines… never stepping into the ground to DO something. Anything.

HERE’S THE HARSH TRUTH:

YOU NEED MORE THAN a bunch of “INFORMATIONAL TACTICS” TO BALANCE YOUR TIME BETWEEN DEEN AND DUNYA

If you think it’s tactics that will get you where you want… you’re in for a shock.

And I don’t blame you.

The online education system has completely wacked up our beliefs!

Our brains have been wired to think that to achieve anything, we need more and more of informational “hacks” and “tricks”.

We’ve been conditioned to either “learn everything” about something before we jump into it and get our hands dirty… or just figure it out overnight with “quick tips”.

I can simply hand you a long list of the best time-management tips, and wash my hands off the whole problem. But I can’t do that- you know why? Because if I do that, I’d be a failure of a teacher.

Because if somebody handed me a long list of “tactics”, I wouldn’t know what to do with them.

You tell me, would YOU know:

  • How to stop yourself from overthinking and deeply focus on the task in front of you?
  • How to make time for Quran and learning more about your Deen without feeling like it’s a burden on you?
  • How to throw overwhelm out the window as you start your day and ease your stress levels before going to bed?
  • How to stop yourself from wasting time binge watching videos, how to discipline yourself into building the habit of praying on time regularly, how to construct a morning routine according to your individual needs (not somebody else’s routine- but specific to YOU) and how to consistently work on your Islamic and career goals?

You’re here. You’re reading this right now. My guess is- you wouldn’t know either.

Not because there’s “something wrong with you or me”. But because we don’t know where to start. We’re too overwhelmed with all the information. Because we’re scared of wasting our time on different tips and tricks that might not even work. Because we are confused as to whom should we listen. Because although we want to change our behavior, we don’t want to work too hard for it.

I get it.

In an ideal world, aka Jannah, presumably you could decide to do something and just do it. No procrastination. No fear of failure. No overwhelm.

But that’s not how things are in Dunya— Where you have a million shiny distractions of the Century of Internet and worst of all- Shaytan and your NAFS to tempt you all day!

For example: why is waking up for Fajr so hard? Even when there are tons of free “tips to wake up early for Fajr” online, why do we find it so hard to pray Fajr? Other examples could be self-confidence, earning halal income, better Islamic parenting, losing weight, following daily Sunnahs, making relationships better etc.

Like the behavior scientist BG Fogg says “Information alone is not enough”.

And I completely agree with that. We need MORE than random tactics.

The missing bridge that’s causing a disparity between our words and actions is…

UNDERSTANDING AND MASTERING THE PSYCHOLOGY OF OUR “NAFS” ( SELF).

The way your Nafs works, the ways in which Shaytan plays with your Nafs against you… the deeper limiting beliefs that shape your behavior and keep you stuck.

I dug deeper into the psychology of my “Nafs” to find out WHY, despite all the free information out there, I wasn’t growing as the Muslim I believed I could. And then I came across this:

THE CONCEPT OF LIMITING BELIEFS…

As I pored over research papers on the psychology of Nafs as well as secular psychology I read something fascinating- The concept of limiting beliefs or Invisible scripts as coined by Ramit Sethi.

But that obviously wasn’t enough. As Muslims, we need to understand psychological concepts in the light of Islam.

So I studied Dr. Israr Ahmed to make some sense of this. And there it was.

These “limiting beliefs” have been so subtly baked into our belief system by Shaytan’s manipulative efforts that we are blind to their existence!

We don’t even realize how they’re guiding our actions and controlling our lives!

Applying that on myself, I discovered so many of my OWN beliefs that I never even knew existed, had me chained up in my self-constructed fortress.

Here- after extensively examining, I’ve put together 7 of the most common limiting beliefs among us Muslims. Go over them and identify the ones that may be holding you back:

THE  7 MOST MALIGNANT LIMITING BELIEFS OF YOUR NAFS that maybe HOLDING YOU BACK FROM LIVING A PRODUCTIVE BALANCED LIFE ?

“I’m busier than most people. I really don’t have time”

Most people aren’t as busy as you are so how can you ever compete with the truly successful Muslims who dedicate ALL their time to Islam? You are working another part-time job to earn more for your family and future, besides your 9 to 5 job, how can you even think about running after all the other goals on your wish-list, like taking a Tafseer class? You hardly sleep 6 hours a day and are basically are too busy to breathe. Why should you listen to what these “productivity speakers” have to say when they don’t even understand your personal situation?

“[I have] too many obligations and lack of time and energy.” —S. M.
“[I don’t know how to manage my time.] Because I have “no time” —ANON

“I know I should “fix” my life and live more productively, I just need  motivation”

You know everything you’re doing wrong, the fact that you need to “fix” your daily routine. You know the bad habits you really need to get rid of. You know so many time-saving techniques and have applied them such as daily planning, time-blocking, Pomodoro technique etc. But you slack on and off due to the lack of motivation. You wish there was a constant source of motivation for you, maybe from your friends or family?

“[The biggest struggle for me is the lack of] motivation. I feel so alone even if I have 50, ooo family and friends!” —R.
“Being alone is the most difficult thing. I like working in a team… Reading books on productivity motivates but not for a long run.”—S.

“I don’t know where to start!”

I AM LOST. CONFUSED. I HAVE NO “DREAMS” OR GOALS. I NEED DIRECTION. Can you call yourself a good Muslim if you just pray 5 times, read Quran every day and continue dedicating the rest of your time to your career and other activities? Or do you have to leave your career and do Dawah work to truly succeed in Akhirah? Should you focus on planning better or is self-discipline more important? What if you don’t have any big goals and dreams but really want to live a purposeful fulfilling SIMPLE life as a Muslim? How do you find your innate passion and use it to contribute to the Muslim community?

“With the busy world nowadays, where we are juggling from one thing to another quickly, I feel exhausted… trapped in the “jungle”. Don’t know [what is] important, what I should do/ achieve. That’s why I lose my “way”…” — JEFFRY
“I am currently a PhD student. I always keep in mind and ask myself all the time how I make time for Dunya but not much for Akhirah which makes me feel guilty. The other issue I have is lack of focus and unclear goal.”  — MUHAMMAD I.

I AM OVERWHELMED WITH ALL THE INFORMATION OUT THERE! WHERE DO I START? Ughh… there are so many time management tips and techniques out there. Some productivity gurus say it’s about motivation and consistency, others say you need to learn how to plan and everything else will work out if only you manage to stick to the plan. Some of the Muslim Daees say pray 2 Nafal of Salat-ul-Hajat, just make dua and leave everything to Allah S.W.T. How do you know which advice to listen to? If all of them are right, how do I do everything they say?! Which technique is the best- that I should probably start with? Who do I listen to?

“Can you guide me with some routines that I can stick to and be more productive? There are lots of routine on [the] Internet but I wanted to ask you because I want to have an Islamic routine…” — N.
“I learned a lot [of] concepts to be productive but I didn’t know how to apply them.” —ANON

“I know I should “fix” my life and live more productively, I just need constant motivation”

You’ve already learned A LOT about time management, you know so many productivity tips, have even applied most of them but nothing seems to have a lasting effect. No technique has made you as productive as you aspire to be. Definitely no major change in your life. Why should anything else work for longer than a few weeks?
“I have tried multiple techniques that I have read on Google and I even went with those ‘Time Management’ and ‘To-do list’ apps but nothing was helpful.”—S.K

“It’s not a good time right now”

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS TAKE? Who has the time to start another self-development project? Especially since you are already quite busy with “other” important things in your life such as job, post-grad exams, family problems etc. “Maybe when” you’re done with your exams. “Maybe when” your work gets lighter.
I DON’T WANT TO SPEND THE ONLY FREE TIME I HAVE ON THIS. You have a job that exhausts you mentally and physically, realistically you can’t STOP WORKING and spend time to be a better Muslim. And with your job, you really don’t want to spend the few free hours you have working hard to discipline yourself. Maybe when you have “more” free time.
Having more time in my day for faith focus. I am out of house from 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday. I have to balance family time and faith time after I get home only to have limited time then bed time and start the cycle, all over again—ANON.
I JUST NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT FIRST. Living a productive lifestyle is definitely on the bucket list, but what about preparing yourself mentally? You need time to internalize the idea of transformation & change. Also, shouldn’t you focus on learning Arabic of the Quran, reading pending Tafseer and Seerah books first BEFORE you invest in a “self-development” project?
“I am currently a PhD student. I always keep in mind and ask myself all the time how I make time for Dunya but not much for Akhirah which makes me feel guilty. The other issue I have is lack of focus and unclear goal.”  — MUHAMMAD I.

“I’m too ALL or NONE with everything I do.”

You have tried to develop the habit of reading Quran regularly. And praying on time. But every time you focus on Ibadah, you lose track of your studies and give no time to relax yourself. You put too much on your plate- start an online Quran class, workout to get fit, start eating healthy, cut down on watching shows and fix your sleep routine- All AT ONCE. Burnt out, you drop everything new that you started and go back to doing the regular stuff. How can you motivate yourself to start all over again when you know you won’t keep at it for long? Does such thing as CONSISTENCY even exist?!
“I’ve been aspiring to implement an after-Fajr schedule in my life since IDK [I don’t know] how long. But what happens is that on the day I stay awake after Fajr (which happens once in a blue moon) I fill myself up with so much [to do] that I stay awake till midnight which is almost 18hrs of remaining awake!” —H.Q.

I’M A PERFECTIONIST- I EITHER GO “ALL IN” OR I DON’T DO IT AT ALL: You can’t do something half-heartedly. If you do something, you give it your best and do it to the level of perfection or you don’t do it at all. You think that’s a part of who you are, it’s a part of your personality. And since you don’t have the energy right now to follow through a self-improvement project all the way to perfection, why bother starting it?

“I want to be consistent but I don’t want to keep doing the same thing every day.”

You don’t want your daily routine to become too strict and monotonous. Because…. Ughh…the HORROR of monotony! You hate being in a rut. You want to be productive, yes, but you don’t want to live a robotic life following strict rules EVERY DAY such as time-blocking every activity- yuck. You want your day to have flexibility, spontaneity in addition to some structure. At the same time, you want to be energetic and focused while working… Is there a way to stay organized without predeciding, planning and calculating every second of every hour?

Get this- I’ve personally been through each and every one of those limiting beliefs!

For example- at one point, I actually believed I could only study Islam in SPRINTS because I would get bored of learning (Shame on you Aimen from 4 years ago)… Intense Ibadah and Islamic learning for a few weeks, followed by NOTHING (yes, it’s embarrassing to recall this).

I spent years with borderline depression blaming my work for the “lack of time”. You can’t really do much when you’re in college right? Your studies would be affected if you gave time to ANYTHING else, including Quran?- (ABSOLUTELY NOT! I learned you don’t need to wait until graduation for the chance of “finding time” to achieve other goals).

Take another example- we have grown up believing that we need to be really knowledgeable to do Dawah. The only way you should become a Daee is after taking multiple Quranic Arabic, Seerah, Tafseer courses etc. – or to be safe- NOT do Dawah at all (since you’ll be held accountable if you don’t do what you tell others).

But how limiting is that! I wanted to do some sort of Dawah before I had “learned EVERYTHING” about Islam and turned 60 [if I even lived that long]. So with time, I broke my comfort zone barrier and learned how to get past that limiting Belief.

But I couldn’t have done that if I didn’t even recognize the limiting beliefs holding me back in the first place!

THE FIRST STEP- RECOGNIZE THESE BARRIERS.

AND THEN TAKE ACTIVE STEPS TO OVERCOME THEM ONE. BY. ONE.

You won’t become self-disciplined and regular in your Ibadah in a few weeks. You won’t lose all your bad habits in a month, or perfect your morning routine in a day. Because NOBODY CAN DO THAT! You have to break these barriers step-by-step.

Should I create boundaries and say “NO” or would that be rude and unIslamic? I’m overthinking again, maybe it’s because I think more than others. Should I make a perfect plan for the day or just go with the flow? What planning system should I follow, there are so many of them online…? I don’t think I have it in me to be consistent.

If there’s one thing I’ve done right- it’s not letting these fears get in my way of growth.

It’s so easy to let our fears get in the way of success. To let your limiting beliefs keep you in your comfort zone.

Over time I learned how to, first,  understand my limiting beliefs. After that, I took ACTION to overcome them.

And as I got rid of these barriers… amazing things happened, Subhan Allah. Allah (S.W.T) opened doors for me that I didn’t even know existed!

That’s the power of overcoming the limiting barriers of your Nafs and taking active steps towards discipline.

MYP-Library of free downloads that I’ve created to help my readers overcome the barriers of “Nafs” by taking practical action steps.

I learned blogging and Illustrating, created and launched Muslim Youth Programme from scratch- ALL within 3 months. I also followed a weight loss regime, lost 10 pounds of weight, started studying the Arabic course from Bayyinah AND prepared for one of my post-graduate Medical exams- during the SAME 3 months. A month later, add a day job to the list. Alhamdulilah.

Is it because I’m “SPECIAL” with power wings or that I’ve got 30+ hours in a day? Of course not.

I don’t like sharing my personal life details with others but I consider it my duty to be transparent about my achievements and my failures to show you how all of us are designed with the potential to grow. (In fact, that last paragraph with me maybe bragging a little? God, that was uncomfortable for me to write. :D)

In case you’re wondering… here’s how I did it.

I studied other productive and not-so-productive people around me —students, doctors, other professionals, Daees, stay-at-home moms, entrepreneurs and even bloggers – to understand how they were managing their time. What were they doing “right” and “wrong”. I studied the successful Muslims to see how they were overcoming their barriers.

After pouring through countless articles, ebooks and video courses… I learned a lot.

BUT- I also picked up a few things that were completely misleading and deceptive. Let me tell you some of the lies so many of the online programs out there are feeding us…

When I’d search for material on time-management, this is what I would find: >>>
None of them shared much besides some cool “tips and tricks”. Meh.

What’s worse- Only a handful of them are created for Muslims but even they don’t promise a SYSTEM that was designed to transform by default. Only information dumps.

The most common tactic I’d see was “just make Dua”. It sounds like the best, but it infuriates me. Did you ever make Dua to lose weight and within a week you lost 12 pounds even after having 3 plates of rice for lunch all week? No you didn’t. Allah (S.W.T) gives you what you ask for WHEN you work for it.

The educational programs of people who were in the online space solely to make quick “extra cash” severely disenchanted me.

So I made up my mind- I would never want to create an online Program like that. I realized my readers didn’t need MORE tactics. They needed a SYSTEM. And that’s exactly what I created.

Something that would take you in a step-by-step method, walking you from easy to difficult. Training you through all sorts of phases, teaching you to conquer the fears and pass each level slowly but surely.

According to my students, even my free short course offers more value than most paid productivity courses out there.

I am just absolutely lovingggggggg the boot camp Sis! Where have you been all my life!!! I’m half way through no.2! … due to bad health I’m not able to go out to courses at the moment and of course that can bring lack of motivation and depression so this is honestly just what I need ❤️ Jazak’Allah khair and May Allah reward you and your family/friends for all your efforts Ameen x JAMEELA

I’d like to know if your worksheets can be used for helping others? I am a counsellor from South Africa and I work with a non-profit Islamic institute. I find that a lot clients could benefit from the [free MYP-library] worksheets. MUSLIMAH

That’s because I’ve spent hundreds of hours working on my material behind-the-scenes.

And you know that’s true if you’ve used any of my free material.

Jazakallahu khair Aimen for making this Bootcamp and plus for making it free. You truly are a great Inspiration to me. May Allah give you rewards for your work and give Barakah in you work. (Ameen) RAHILA

AREN’T YOU SICK AND TIRED OF:

  • Wasting your time on meaningless things (such as scrolling through your phone for hours on end)?
  • Going on and on about motivation without ever really finding it or sustaining it?
  • Procrastinating, feeling stricken with guilt because of it and still unable to stop?
  • Starting so many different projects in life but never really finishing any of them?
  • Feeling lazy and drained ALL the time without even doing anything?

We’re READY to STOP WASTING OUR TIME ON MEANINGLESS THINGS AND START making time for STUFF THAT MATTERS: OUR DEEN, OUR FAMILY AND OURSELVES…

SO NOW THE QUESTION IS– HOW?

HERE’S HOW THE MOST SUCCESSFUL MUSLIMS FOUND REAL SUCCESS:

Have you ever seen anyone become a Doctor by reading Medical books at home without enrolling in Medical College?

Or maybe you’re familiar with a Calculus Professor who never got a formal education?

Doesn’t happen, right?

That’s because when it comes to our career, we are willing to go “abroad”, spend thousands of dollars on “Masters” and years getting formal education.

But when it comes to our “self” and our Deen, we can figure it out by reading a few “Islamic reminders” here and there. We like to DIY it.

We watch football and look at those top-performing athletes in awe. What we don’t see is the amount of training behind that level of perfection.

So here’s my question: The world’s top athletes, entrepreneurs, speakers, all have a coach or advisors. Why is it that we Muslims don’t? Aren’t we supposed to be the best of the best?

If even the world’s “best” can benefit from advice, imagine how much we could benefit from getting advice from a program that gives us the systems, psychology, and support to show us the roadmap to true Muslim success.

The most successful Muslims know the VALUE of their time, GROW their time with barakah and INVEST it in building an Akhirah for themselves.

YOU CAN DO IT TOO.

Introducing…

The first time-management training system that includes every strategy, technique, and tool you need to go from being an “overwhelmed, lazy” Muslim to getting things done “above and beyond” your expectations.

You’ll get these lessons over an 8-week course that covers the ENTIRE process of creating balance in your life.

You’ll learn the exact time-management strategies, frameworks, tactics, and examples of how to discipline your “self”use your energy in the most productive way, then use task management systems to “prioritize and get things done”.

All the frameworks and systems. The deep psychology behind disciplining your Nafs. Every time-saving tactic you need. The in-depth solutions to all time-wasting problems such as “procrastination”. Examples from Quran and Sunnah that relate to your personal situation.

HOW IS “BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA” DIFFERENT?

Time management has been turned into a myth by many and overcomplicated by others. It doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming ALL THE TIME.

That’s exactly what makes our signature Program so special-

We have pared it down to only the most important and game-changing details.  Balance Deen and Dunya gives you the step-by-step system to generate real (and substantial) results in YOUR personal life.

I took my time to laboriously add things in this course that nobody in the self-help industry was offering. Things that I just knew would help my students immensely:

CREATING EXTRA LEARNING MATERIALS:

Such as Roadmaps, worksheets, motivational cards, templates, scripts, checklists, planners, in addition to videos and PDFs- ALL of which are designed to walk you through a THOROUGH SYSTEM. We spent a whole year building and polishing this Flagship course.

ADDING BUILT-IN ACCOUNTABILITY:

We’ve broken the system down into small action steps along with specific GO-signals to help you decide when it’s time to move on to the next step. Another example would be of emails you’ll get from me throughout the duration of the course to check in with you and make sure you’re following through. Plus you’ll get access to a private Facebook group where you can clear your doubts and share your success.

PROVIDING 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

Because if you’re not seeing results after putting in the work, it’s my fault- not yours.

I TOOK THE MOST POWERFUL STRATEGIES AND CAREFULLY KNITTED THEM TOGETHER INTO A UNIQUE SYSTEM FOR MUSLIMS, THAT YOU CAN USE TO CREATE BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE.

ENROLLMENT ENDS IN...

We’ve included every step of creating structure and balance in your day. All perfectly integrated together to complement each other, and help you grow your time exponentially by adding the “miracle ingredient” of growth: BARAKAH.

I invested hundreds of hours building this so YOU could save time and not have to kill yourself trying to “figure it all out”. I already let many of my hair go grey (literally) researching, testing, tweaking and finally creating a system where I can share my very best findings with you. Stuff that can potentially save you years’ worth of effort, time and stress.

I’ve done the homework for you. No more frustrated attempts at applying “vague time management tips”.

But here’s the thing though- I’m OBSESSED with your results.

I’m not interested in “unicorn” inspiration and “temporary” motivation that disappears after a few days.

I want you to find true sustainable success as a Muslim.

WE ALSO ADDED DREAM FACTORS IN THIS COURSE THAT YOU’LL LOVE. AS A MEMBER OF BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA, YOU’LL GET:

A COMPLETE FRAMEWORK

A ROADMAP OF HOW YOU CAN FIND PURPOSE, ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND START SAVING MORE TIME TO DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE.

And how to work on your goals with unwavering focus and unshakeable confidence, not once- every time.

A GUIDELINE TO HELP YOU BUILD THE “PRAYING-ON-TIME” AND “READING-QURAN” HABIT.

An array of tested strategies you can use to pray even with night-duties, and the energy, motivation and excitement to study Quran regularly.

A PROCESS OF GETTING RID OF YOUR TIME-KILLING HABITS AND BUILDING A ROUTINE THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF.

So you can get out of your own head and go from “simply lazy” to “impressively driven”. I’d want to know how to stop being a slave to my social media accounts… And was I the only one who felt sleepy the moment I started working?

THOROUGH SYSTEMS

A SYSTEM OF BUILDING SELF-DISCIPLINE REQUIRED TO FIGHT AGAINST YOUR NAFS:

How to develop effortless self-discipline? How to train yourself to become disciplined until you reach the stage of unconscious competence? So you don’t need “motivation” to drag yourself through the day.

BENCHMARKS SO YOU KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING. How many days do I really need to break my habit of wasting too much time watching shows? How many hours a day is “good enough” to dedicate to Islamic learning? Should I read a detailed Tafseer book first or should I just read focus on the translation of the Quran? How do I know it’s time to move to the next step?

“SELF” PSYCHOLOGY

A METHOD OF BREAKING FREE FROM THE SHACKLES OF YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS & EMOTIONAL BARRIERS:

Don’t we all go through paralyzing moments in life we’re physically healthy but we can’t break through the shackles of our limiting beliefs? How do you overcome emotional barriers to growth such as depression and stress? And not through secular systems but authentic Quranic guidelines.

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF GROWTH:

Every successful Muslim knows there will be many roadblocks along the journey. How do you overcome mental blocks such as “perfectionism” and “laziness” that will inevitably occur in the path of growth?

TOOLS FOR GROWTH

MATERIAL THAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU DESPITE YOUR LEVEL OF EMAAN (FAITH):

I would want material that would help me despite the stage of Emaan (faith) I was at. I would want a guideline that wasn’t designed for really pious Muslims only. What if I’m not as spiritual as I want to be? I’d still want the guidance to get to the next level– whatever that is for me, not somebody else.

STRATEGIES & TOOLS THAT WORK WITH MUSLIMS OF DIFFERENT CULTURES AND DIFFERENT CAREERS.

This might work with one person, but I’d want to know if it works with people from different cultures, pursuing different careers and with different intellectual capacities.

HELP ALONG THE WAY

AN ACCOUNTABILITY BUREAU:

True success comes from taking action. Allah (S.W.T) puts great emphasis on effort in the Quran. But to put consistent effort, we need emotional support from like-minded Muslims. Information can only help us so much, willpower can only take you so far. But accountability will help you tap your true potential as a Muslim. That’s why Islam emphasizes so heavily on building “communities”.

A HELPING HAND:

No matter how much we’ve grown, we all get stuck. We all get beaten down by the whispers of Shaiytan. I would want help from other Muslims on the path of growth and ask for their personal opinions about how to deal with your own problems.

MAKING TIME FOR YOUR DEEN & DISCIPLINING YOURSELF DOESN’T HAVE TO BE BORING. IT CAN BE EXCITING, TOO:

Self-changes don’t happen overnight, in fact, nothing substantial happens overnight. But having a positive Muslim community, even if small but LIKE-MINDED, to connect with can help keep you stay motivated, energized and make the learning process so much more fun!

I am thankful for Aimen… she helped me understand and achieve my goals and even when I got confused about this Bootcamp and I questioned her about it, she answered & explained me clearly.
RAHEELA

Aimen ma’am is the kindest, sweetest and the most helpful person you’ll ever meet. I can never thank her enough. I’m a very shy and reserved person but with her I feel I can share my problems. HEEBA

After reading your email, I love you even more. I am so impressed by the way you beautifully use your words. You are a mind reader… I wish there were more and more platform like this but still am grateful that at least there is one  platform which truly explains me and that is your blog.. I just love you and your blog.
AYESHA

(Although, that last one was kind of irrelevant 😀 ).

And as you continue growing to become the most productive version of yourself, I’ll be there to support you and you’ll find the advanced sections of the course more and more useful. Insha’Allah.

IS “BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA” RIGHT FOR YOU?

I’LL BE HONEST, YOU WON’T  LIKE THIS COURSE IF:
  • You’re looking for more tactics and fluffy tips. Like I said earlier, this course does not offer just another gorgeous array of overrated tips. This is a system that will provide results on the condition that you actually put in the work.
  • You are on the lookout for an easy way out of your conscience. You like to talk and complain about your problems but you never apply anything you learn. Deep down you know what you’re doing (and no, this ISN’T laziness. This is sheer indifference.)
  • You won’t commit to at least 2 hours each week to reviewing and implementing the course content.
  • You just want to gain more Islamic knowledge about Quran and Sunnah. Although it is appreciable, this isn’t a knowledge-based course that will make you the next Islamic Scholar in your community. There are plenty of amazing Islamic courses out there serving that purpose. Join only if you want more than just “Knowledge”. Also, no amount of knowledge can help a Muslim unless he applies what he learns. After all, aren’t those the teachings of Islam anyway?
  • You are resistant to new advice. If you’re not willing to accept new advice, how will I be able to help you?
  • You only want to rely on others for constant “motivation” and “Inspiration”, and don’t want to do any work to discipline yourself. You will stay highly motivated when you see substantial results from small changes in your life, as I can show you how with this system. But if you’re not willing to make those changes, you’ll never find that miracle source of “constant motivation”.
  • You think you know “everything”. In that case, I’m sorry, but I can’t work with proud know-it-alls. And nobody can grow with a  “know-it-all” attitude. Growth-oriented Muslims know that no matter how much they’ve learned, there will always be room for growth. Always.

“BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA” IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You’re open to admitting that something needs to change. You know how you’ve been acting thus far isn’t going to get you where you want to be.
  • You have tried changing your habits but only succeeded temporarily. You are focused on the long-term results.
  • You are done looking for random time management and productivity tips. You want a complete authentic system.
  • You’ve started working on your goals many times but never gotten around to completing them. You want the direction, the strategies and the focus to work on all your goals- from start to finish.
  • You are willing to trust the system and open to receiving new advice from me. You are ready to accept the ups and downs that might come your way as you follow the framework.
  • You are willing to invest at least 2 hours each week to review the course materials.
  • You label yourself as “lazy” or “procrastinator” but deep down you know you can be a better Muslim than you currently are. We will take you inside the mind of a procrastinator and show you how to break free from all the thought tangles.
  • You have followed the common advice about time management, making and breaking habits, losing weight etc. and nothing has given you substantial results.
  • You are willing to invest in yourself as a Muslim. In that case, where in the world have you been all this time? I’ve been looking all over for you! 😀

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

"HOW IS "BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA" DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COURSES OUT THERE?
This is the only course that will take you step-by-step to building the dream balanced lifestyle as a Muslim so you can start making more time for Allah (S.W.T), your family and yourself. It is the only course that will show you exactly how you can break free from the shackles of your mind, discipline your Nafs and learn how to tame your bad habits. On top of that, it offers a complete framework for building a consistent personalized routine, the exact order in which you should move forward, the secret methods of breaking your inner barriers such as laziness, procrastination, overwhelm etc. – ALL in one place.

“Balance Deen and Dunya” not only takes a system-based approach to managing time as a Muslim but offers practical solutions from the Quran and Sunnah- unlike the secular time management courses that the online space is flooded with. You will also get deep psychological teardowns of the daily life of Prophet S.A.W and other career Muslims. Plus an unbeatable 100% money-back guarantee along with full support. I urge you to explore and see for yourself that not a single productivity course out there comes even close.

"HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M READY?"
The truth is- you’ll never know. However, I’m going to challenge you by saying how many things have you wanted to do but haven’t been able to because you weren’t ready? It is absolutely natural to have doubts before starting something new. We all have them. But you’ve seen the system and you’ve seen the results even my free material promises. I will encourage you to join the course and see for yourself if it is right for you.

And if you decide it isn’t right for you- no worries and no hard feelings. From one Muslim to another, I’ll undoubtedly continue sending you free content over emails, Insha’Allah.

But if you’re ready to make time to grow closer to Allah (S.W.T), your family and yourself, then this system can help you.

“I WORK 3 JOBS, NIGHT SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS. I CAN NEVER HAVE A CONSISTENT ROUTINE. WHY BOTHER TRYING AT ALL?”
There was a time when I was studying for my exams, working a day job AND working on Muslim Youth Programme. But that didn’t deter me from working on my goals. I know how tough work can be and that’s why I’ve included very specific time-saving strategies in the course for genuinely busy Muslims.
WHEN DOES THE COURSE START AND HOW SOON CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO IT?
The course starts on 6th April. You’ll receive the first lessons of Module 1 on 6th April. After that the course lessons will be delivered to you as they get recorded and uploaded, spaced out over an 8-week period. We’re still in the process of recording all the videos. You’ll get all the details when you sign up. We’ll also keep you informed about the release dates of the lessons throughout the duration of the course. We’ll upload the lessons one by one as soon as the videos are recorded, spaced out over a period of 8 weeks. Once it’s fully recorded and uploaded, you’ll have instant access to all material in one place.
"HOW MUCH MATERIAL IS IN INSIDE THIS COURSE?”
The course has a total of 4 main modules and a brief final module, 30+videos and numerous Pdfs, not to mention 4 bonus vaults loaded with high-quality bonus material. Although I’m not very pleased with this question as I believe in quality over quantity and so should you. If you judge a course on the basis of the number of lessons then you’ve failed to internalize the primary lesson for gaining knowledge – less of applicable knowledge is better than more of theoretic knowledge that’s bound to get rusted in your brain stores.
"WHAT FORMAT IS THE COURSE DELIVERED IN?”
The course content is designed in the form of videos, scripts, worksheets, guides, checklists, experiments, Roadmaps among other FUN surprises. Since we’re still in the process of uploading all the videos and PDFs, the videos will not be transcribed as you enroll. But in the near future, the course lessons will be fully transcribed- so whether you want to read, watch, write or listen to the course content- you’ll be covered.
"HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THIS COURSE?”
You are in for a surprise- how about forever access? Oh yes, you read that correctly! You will have lifetime access to this course, Insha’Allah. This is not a membership program that you’ll have to keep paying for every year. Nope. Once you enroll, you don’t have to worry about your subscription period ending. Plus, over time, the course will be updated with new content including videos, PDFs, more unique strategies and course materials. And that sort of access- to all future updates and additional materials can never have a price tag.
"WHAT IF I LIVE IN ZIMBABWE (OR ON ANOTHER PLANET SUCH AS PLUTO)?”
The videos will be pre-recorded with downloadable PDFs. This is NOT a live online course. All you need is an internet connection, your phone or laptop and you’re good. Although I’m not so sure if the Internet signals reach Planet Pluto– yet. 😀
"DO I HAVE TO FLY ALL THE WAY OVER TO LONDON TO TAKE THIS COURSE?"
Again, this is NOT a live course that will presented to you in-person or on webinars. This is a pre-recorded course with all the material added to the course site. That’s the beauty of studying online, you don’t have to commute to your course class, stress over reaching on time, taking notes rapidly or fall asleep. You can watch it comfortably during your work break, your weekend or even during your commute to work. Just don’t watch it while sleeping. “Balance Deen and Dunya” is flexible and allows you to study at your pace- at any time and at any place.
“WILL I GET ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT OVER CALLS?”
I apologize beforehand but as much as I’d love to, I can’t do one-on-one calls. To be honest, you don’t need calls with me to get through this system. You can clear your doubts by dropping us questions over chat plus I’ve built support inside the course by offering community access such as a FB group. However, I might do some live Q and A sessions in between if I feel there’s a need for it.
"HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE TO INVEST IN THIS COURSE PER WEEK?"
"HOW CAN I CONVINCE MY HUSBAND/ WIFE/ PARENTS/ GUARDIAN TO HELP ME BUY THIS COURSE?”
I would advise you to show them the results this course promises and the material I’ve sent you in the past over emails as well as on Muslim Youth Programme to clear their doubts and show them that you can trust me. I also recommend being honest with them about why you want to join Balance Deen and Dunya, why now, what will this course do for you and how serious you are about this. If you are true to yourself and make a valid case, you’ll be able to convince anyone, Insha’Allah.
"WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?”
I can’t promise you specific individual results within a specific timeframe because that would imply I can foresee the future- which I obviously can’t. Only Allah S.W.T knows that. However, I’m going to go as far as saying that you shouldn’t trust anyone who promises you specific results in a specific period because you know it’s just not how life works.

There’s no one-size-fits-all for anything you pursue. That’s because everyone starts at a different level of background training, intellect, adaptability and conscientiousness. There’s no way I (or anyone else for that matter) can guarantee a specific result for each individual at the end of training. But what I can say with certainty is that you will see results if you put in the work.

"OH GOD, I DON’T WANT THIS COURSE TO BECOME ANOTHER ONE OF MY PENDING GOALS”.
This is precisely why the course is designed to help you take action. Like I said earlier, this isn’t just a pile of tips all knotted together haphazardly but a complete system that is handcrafted to help you take action by default. Also, if you fear this course will become another burden on your shoulders, you’ve got it all wrong. The purpose of this course is to help you manage your time better in every conceivable way- so the more time you invest in the course materials, the more time you’ll save. We will show you how to not only save time but feel less overwhelmed and make time to complete all your other pending goals.
"WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND…? WHAT IF I TRY "BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA" AND I DECIDE IT ISN’T RIGHT FOR ME?”
I have no desire to do shady trades or to make you feel guilty if you change your mind. You’ll have a 100% money-back guarantee, which means you can try the ENTIRE course and decide if it’s right for you. I am confident the system works and I like to be transparent from the start. However, this course is not an information-dump. So I ask you to join ONLY if you are willing to take action. If for some reason you do ask for a refund, I will require you to show me that you implemented the course material. At the end of the day, honesty is the most valuable trade between two Muslims.

WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

  • Of course, realistically speaking, you will always have other options. And I want to tell you like it is so you’ll fully informed.

TRY TO SOLVE ALL YOUR TIME-MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS YOURSELF:

Yes, you can keep applying random productivity tips you read on Pinterest or download more productivity Apps.

My question is: Why haven’t you been able to build a dream balanced lifestyle as a Muslim even after having all the free information in the world? Is it because you’re too lazy or too busy?

I refuse to agree with that. The problem ISN’T your laziness or the lack of time. The problem is too many things pulling at you, too many voices in your head and no step-by-step process of getting where you want to be.

I know top 10 tips don’t work because until I could create this system, I had tried everything and still couldn’t create the “productive routine” for more than a few days at the max.

I thought my problem was “consistency”- boy, was I WRONG. The problem was much deeper than that. I learned the hard way that what I lacked was Discipline and taking cold showers wasn’t going to discipline my Nafs.

Yes, building self-discipline is difficult. And it SHOULD be hard- after all, isn’t Allah (S.W.T) promising us infinite reward for it?

But it shouldn’t be near-impossible and the endless ocean of tactics only seems to make things worse.

I want to save you from the pains of living your life as a lazy, lethargic, overwhelmed Muslim. I want to help you live the Sunnah productive lifestyle even with your job and a family. This Program can help you reach there faster than you will ever be able to on your own and Allah S.W.T knows how long each one of has to live.

DO NOTHING:

Ugh, the horror. The worse option is to do nothing.

The majority of response from the survey we conducted was that “I’ve been trying to build a productive routine for ages”… “I’ve been trying to build the habit of praying on time for years now” etc. And then there were a few that said “I haven’t done anything”.

How many more years of your life are you going to waste doing nothing? If after all of these opportunities, you still pass by and decide to do nothing, you’ll never get around to living a productive Sunnah lifestyle. I’ve seen people in my own family throw away remarkable opportunities, waste years after years and grow old trying to decide to take the first step. It pains me.

Ask yourself this: If not now, then when?

MUSLIM LIFE COACHES:

$12,000 ($3k/month x 4 months).

There’s an ocean of online Muslim life coaches out there. How do you know whom to trust?

Some of them are actually great, but many are just filling their pockets.

How will you tell the difference? And you won’t find one that offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if any at all. Sadly, money-back guarantees are not offered in the coaching world.

Plus you’ll be paying many times the cost of Balance Deen and Dunya.

BOOKS:

You can buy 20 different productivity books, burn your midnight oil and read through them.

First you’ll have to read their reviews, then you’ll have to go through them all and put pieces of information together, check their authenticity and sources and sure- by that time you’d have learned valuable information on the subject.

You’d have learned a ton of tactics, theory, academia etc. But you’d also have stuffed your head with unnecessary information, a lot of tactics that would never work, and you’ll have no idea how to use all of that information for YOUR personal situation.

Cost of all of that= $300+ and 100s of learning hours, not to mention intense frustration.

MEET JAMEELA

“The reason I am writing to you today is to thank you! I am a 27 year old woman who suffers from a chronic illness since birth… with that came depression and anxiety ( I was missing out on a lot due to hospital stays and self doubt)

For the last 10 years since I left school I have had no confidence to do anything for myself (studying, career) I would make ‘plans’ to do so every year, but nothing would come of them!

Since doing your course I have gained confidence and also planned efficiently to do an Islamic course for beginners! … I start on November 3rd In’Sha’Allah! After this In’Sha’Allah I plan to continue and reach my goal which is to teach children Islam!

Allah helped by giving me your knowledge, wisdom and kindness which lead on to give me some sort of purpose and joy in life again! For this I will never know how to repay you! All I have are duas for you and yours…

I have your planning sheets with my goals (In’Sha’Allah) stuck on my wall to always remember what helped me start and remember my Duas for you and your family before I go to class everyday!”

“I’m a student who is away from her family and friends. Being able to balance deen and dunya, studying and ibada without forgetting to leave some family time is a real challenge. And it’s even more challenging for someone who struggles with internet addiction.

It was so easy for me to fall into a cycle of time wasting and guilt. I already knew that to reach my goals I had to do 2 things. Hold on to my deen and organize my life through planning. That’s where Muslim Youth Program helped me.

That’s how I learned that I have been planning everything the wrong way, and that the overwhelming daily list of tasks was void and pointless. I had to give it a purpose for it to work. And the ultimate purpose was to struggle for Allah and for his cause however that would be.

MEET HEEBA KHAN

“After facing failures in my personal life as well as in my academics I had given up on myself. I knew I needed help so I started searching on the internet for something that could help me and show me what went wrong and what I  could do next. I prayed to Allah to guide me since I really had no clue what to do with my life.

There where a lot of inspirational videos I could look up to…inspiring stories and books but nothing helped…. everybody taught me what to do, but the big question was How….then I don’t remember how, I found The Muslim Youth Programme. It really helped me figure out everything…and helped me to improve myself in my Deen as well as in my Dunya, to move ahead in life and stop regretting.

Also Aimen ma’am is the kindest, sweetest and the most helpful person you’ll ever meet. I can never thank her enough. I’m a very shy and reserved person but with her I feel I can share my problems….so if you are looking for something which will help you to achieve all your goals….with the Islamic way, which is not too overwhelming then MYP is THE right place.

“Special thanks to Aimen that she explained everything about how to be more productive and goal oriented in this Bootcamp.

The way the Bootcamp goes from level to level is where you find the correct problem with you. [It] explained so beautifully how to [take] action rather than just procrastinating.

This Bootcamp helped me take the ‘First Steps’ towards my goals and trust me the first steps are always the hardest... Each Video in this Bootcamp helps you understand where you are lacking behind and how to overcome the problem… I was so lazy [in] doing simple day to day activities and I just [didn’t] have any motivation and I didn’t even know where exactly I [was] wrong… Alhamdulillah I am starting to achieve my goals now

AN UNBEATABLE GUARANTEE:

TRY “BALANCE DEEN AND DUNYA” FOR A FULL 60 DAYS, 100% RISK-FREE

Yes, I give you full permission to try the ENTIRE course risk-free and if you don’t LOVE it, I’ll give you a refund. You’ll find no other online Islamic course that offers more than 30-days guarantee at max. Usually a lousy 15-day guarantee or worse- *gasp* no guarantee at all.

Why would I offer such a bold guarantee and take the risk on myself? Let me explain why:

I’m not interested in bluffing my fellow Muslims by putting together a stack of random tactics and filling my pockets. I believe in honest halal trade.

I truly believe in the Balance Deen and Dunya system because I’ve meticulously tested it. We polished it, removed the flaws, tweaked the strategies and added new material until we knew it worked.

I’ve made lifetime Muslim students from my free material- all connected with one purpose, walking in the same direction- the direction of growth.

And I’ve done so by only publishing one blog post per month and mostly one email a week. That’s because I make sure I offer so much value through those few pieces of content than pumping out hollow blog posts day after day that are written to increase “website traffic”. I couldn’t care less about these social numbers if it meant losing the connection I have with my audience.

I am not your Forbes 30-under-30 Muslim, or an Insta-famous Muslim with hordes of followers. Those labels mean nothing to me.

That’s precisely why you won’t see me running after numbers on all of the existent social media platforms. I’m smart enough to know that these numbers grow with time and manpower, if Allah (S.W.T) wills.

Which is why I only deeply care about building an honest relationship with my students and offering them valuable content they won’t find anywhere else.

Because that’s what I wanted when I first started my quest of becoming a better Muslim.

As a struggling Muslim myself, I studied all of the popular online time-management and productivity courses- both secular and Islamic. In fact, I spent almost a year doing just that. I’ve seen the same thing over and over again- some blah, other great strategies but NO system. Strategies don’t work for long if they don’t belong to a system that has deep psychology baked into it.

I’ve invested 2500+ hours into developing this Program. That is a HUGE investment on my part considering I’ve got other responsibilities as a Doctor. Logically speaking, I wouldn’t have invested so much of time and effort into creating a system for Muslims that I didn’t deeply believe in.

So it’s quite simple really. Take the course and within the first 60 days email me any time you decide it’s not right for you. The money-back guarantee lasts for 60 days after you enroll which covers the COMPLETE duration of the course.

All I’ll ask from you is to show me you completed the work and still got no results. I require to see that you implemented the strategies because I know how powerful they are and how they can truly bring a massive change in your life. We don’t want to keep your money if you’re not satisfied.

THE BEST TIME TO ENROLL IS NOW… WHILE THE PRE-SALE OFFER LASTS

You can become a Founding Member of the course if you enroll now. (Because we’re enrolling only a limited number of founding students in this pre-sale period, you’ll get more one-on-one access to Aimen throughout the duration of the course than the students who enroll during our public launch.)

HOW MANY OPPORTUNITIES HAVE PASSED YOU BY?

DON’T LET THIS ONE BE THE NEXT.

It’s time to make a decision.

My goal as your guide, is to help you prepare for your Akhirah by making time for the responsibilities given to you by Allah (S.W.T).

That’s why I give 98% of my material for free. That’s why I charge reasonable prices even for my extensive premium courses that we’ve spent thousands of dollars’ worth of time on. I can easily charge $700 for this program alone.

But I want to give a REAL chance to as many go-getters as I can so they can reach their maximum potential.

Because the sad reality is- so many of us stay stuck and miserable all our lives, never taking a step out of our comfort zones to tap our full potential that Allah (S.W.T) has blessed us with.

How despairing it is to let our fears control us. What a shame to never even try to change our behavior.

The greatest misery is to never reach your full potential for true success. To waste hours after hours, and ultimately years of your life without attaining that inner peace… that can only come from investing time in your Deen consistently.

And I can’t let that happen to you.

I refuse to.

TODAY WE ARE LIVING IN THE CENTURY OF FITNAH.

Whether we like it or not, we are here in the 21st century. The century of Internet. The Century of Fitnah.

The times where the majority walks confused with no sense of purpose in life. The times where we have become slaves of the many distractions.

But Allah (S.W.T) brought us in Dunya in such a difficult era for a reason. Allah (S.W.T) knows our potential.

He knows we can become successful and set amazing examples for our families and communities. Despite the many unique problems we have to face. Problems that Muslims in the past didn’t have to (For eg; breaking the habit of binge-watching TV shows or wasting endless hours on social media).

Yes- giving time to Islam and staying connected to Allah (S.W.T) is SUPPOSED to be difficult.

Balancing your time between your Deen, family and work is undeniably OVERWHELMING.

Disciplining yourself is supposed to be hard. And it’s a lifelong struggle. After all- Jannah isn’t easy to get.

But if another Muslim, who has walked and learned from the path you’re walking, were to show you the roadmap to success in this Dunya and Akhirah, would you take it?

A roadmap painstakingly built on Islamic teachings and real-life experiences of other successful Muslims. What would you do? Would you throw it away or get to it “later” (which BTW never comes)?

If you think that this course is genuinely not right for you, then I fully respect that.

But if you really want to start living differently- if you want to start giving more time to your Deen and give yourself a chance to be truly successful as a Muslim- then it’s time for you to make a decision.

ASK YOURSELF THIS- If not now, then when?

Imagine yourself a year from now- 5 years from now- what would you have done to live the life you want?
