SHORT 30 MINUTE TRAINING AND EXERCISE FOR MUSLIMS:
How to stop practicing Islam in ‘sprints’ and be consistent
This can be a really deadly mistake because in the periods of minimum effort, it becomes very easy for Shaiytan to take us further away from Islam. And Nauzubillah- God forbid, it’s possible that one can get so far away to a point from which there’s no coming back. It’s scary to even think about that.
But there’s a silver lining 🙂 – The MIDDLEGROUND APPROACH to practicing Islam as a 21st Century Muslim.
Today, I want to share with you one of my favorite videos that will help you stop practicing Islam in phases and work on your goals consistently.
First, I’ll show you how to destroy the myths that are responsible for this ‘All-or-None’ type thinking. (Oh, you’ll be shocked to find out the weird ways in which we think)
Next, I’ll show you the ‘Middle ground approach’ for setting goals that virtually guarantees you’ll stay consistent on them.
And at the end, there’s an interesting short exercise waiting for you. 😉
Grab a cup of coffee and start watchin’! 🙂
